The Ergonomics and Human Factors section currently have the following facilities available for research:

- Biomechanical strength prediction program
- Energy Expenditure Prediction Program
- Computer Aided Workplace Design Software (MannequinPro)
- ErgoIntelligence Software
- Worksafe (NOHSC) Antropometric database
- and a variety of workplace environment assessment equipment such as sound (noise) level meter, heart rate meter, light meter, vibration exposure assessment meter, thermal comfort assessment meter, WBGT Index meter, floor/surface friction testing equipment, etc.
