Entry Requirements
A four year degree in Engineering, Science or other approved discipline . or a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Safety or Transport Safety. An understanding of physics and statistics to approximately year 1 University level is assumed for this program.

Projects may be based on studies carried out at a students place of work, or in the laboratories of the School, Liaison can be arranged with industry if students do not have a suitable project at their place of work.
 
Elective Courses - 48 UOC
The electives may be taken from any School in the Faculties of Science or Engineering, subject to the agreement of the Head of School and the Head of the School of Safety Science. This enables students to extend their specialist knowledge in their own discipline, or to focus on courses relating to Safety Science.
