Assumed Knowledge :	ANAT6151 - Introductory Functional Anatomy
Description :	This course deals with the ways in which work can affect the health of workers. Covers occupational diseases and injuries of skin, kidney, liver, respiratory system, nervous system, reproductive system, the musculoskeletal system and occupational cancer.
Objectives :	After completing this course, students should: develop knowledge and understanding of diseases and injuries caused by work, including the inter-relationships of hazard, risk, disease, control and rehabilitation; understand occupational medical concepts and language sufficient to be able to communicate effectively with occupational physicians; conduct research and analysis into issues relating to occupational disease and injuries; utilise the knowledge and skills gained in this course that are relevant to the student's background or work.
